Rust-Oleum Color Shift Blue Cosmos Spray Paint

Simply love how the color looks, best used on a dark color like black. Goes on perfectly and easy to apply. Great price

I dont know if this is a me issue or not, but it seems to only be a sparkly blue, not really any color shift. Also, make sure to buy black paint also since you have to apply this paint over black.

Gorgeous, but use care. ALWAYS use black base coat. I tested without the black base and it was just a yucky shade of gray. So I used the base and the color was gorgeous but the surface was bubbled/pitted in some areas. Consulted AI and it seems that a normal spraying method just won't do. I didn't paint heavily - I'm very careful - but this paint requires multiple, very thin mistings. Wish I'd known this before! So I'm going to strip the paint, use the base and paint again. It's a beautiful color so is worth it to me.

This paint is gorgeous. Make sure to scuff sand and add a high gloss black base coat first and you will not be disappointed.

I used it to spray paint an old foot stool and now it looks gorgeous–even in the living room! And, it sprayed well and was easy to use.
