Delicious Goat’s cheese
Lovely cheese with the perfect double texture: a creamy paste connecting with the crumbly rind and zesty soft curd in the centre.It does contain a little salt, but cheese needs this to help preserve it and encourage proper maturation, especially when it is a mould-ripened one like this. Salt prevents pathogenic organisms from growing on the cheese and spoiling it. Without it not only would cheese taste horrible, but it would be pretty dangerous to eat.

It would be good if I could get it.
From memory this was a really nice cheese, unfortunately though now when I order it online from Morrisons they replace it with a smaller inferior generic brand. I assume that this Somerset cheese is no longer available and they just haven't updated their records yet!
