I highly value Dr. Gundry's products. They genuinely improve my well-being and make managing my weight much easier. While the taste is not what initially attracts me, I reliably incorporate it into shakes that perfectly suit my palate. When I run out or miss a scoop in my morning routine, I certainly notice the absence. It keeps me full longer, prevents mid-morning hunger, and enhances my daily routine. I will definitely repurchase and confidently recommend it to others.

I stopped taking this & gained 6 lbs within 2 weeks. Then I started MCT again & lost 6 lbs in a week. I love the taste. It is a bit expensive, but the 3 or 6 month supply is well worth it. I feel more energy with MCT too!

I have been on a weight loss journey for a year, eating in a calorie deficit, hitting the gym 5 days a week, etc, but have only lost about 20 pounds. My husband tried to help and suggested this powder to help me make more progress. It tasted okay, though it didn't mix well. Two days in, I couldn't urinate, though I had continued to drink 16 cups of water a day, as I had for the past year. Constipation also started at that time, despite consuming 30+ of fiber every day (also as I had for a year). I continued to take it hoping that the symptoms would pass. After a couple of days, those specific symptoms did get a bit better, but I still felt extremely puffy and bloated. My legs and feet were swollen, my rings and watch hurt to wear because my fingers and wrists were so swollen. A week into taking this powder, I had gained 10 pounds, the same amount it had taken me 6 months of diet and exercise to lose. All of that on top of being quite expensive. Would not recommend.

The berry mix does not dissolve as good as the others I've tried, and not as flavorful.

UPDATED: 09/26/25 After using for a few more weeks found the trick was to make with hot water. Then drink after it cooled a bit. After taste is gone because it blended and not gritty. 4 stars now. raspberry flavor. Not a fan of this flavor, but that's just me. I know its supposed to be good for me so keeping it and using it (,previously reported 2 stars-Has after taste. Took me awhile to figure how to tolerate taste. Water and frother / blender: still left grit. Taste not good. Tried with apple juice. Better taste but still grit & keep stirring. Finally did in hot water and all blended. Waited to cool and drank. Hoping to see benefits. not crazy about after taste.)

This product makes me feel good with lots of energy. Being sold through Amazon is a real blessing also. Fast service is excellent. Easy to use product. I

drink every morning with a glass of fresh room temperature water. Has a great taste. Wonderful that it is the first thing I drink to start the day!

Not that effective. Didn’t do as advertised. It was real hard to dissolve in plain water. Lots of sugar-type crystals left over.
