G.I. Joe Classified Series #167, Dreadnok Monkeywrench, Collectible 6 Inch Action Figure with 10 Accessories

Monkeywrench is probably the most iconic Dreadnok after Zartan and the main three (Buzzer, Ripper, and Torch). I've always liked the character, but this is the definitive representation of this bad boy!The articulation is what you've come to expect from the Classified line with no surprises. The joints are all smooth and just tight enough to hold poses. The plastic of the figure is soft, but not gummy. The weapons have a little give, but all were well-formed and solid enough.What I like the most about ol' Monkeywrench is that he has so many display options. He comes with an alternate mask/hairpiece part that I won't use, but looks awesome if you decide to go that route. The removeable hairpiece means that you can tuck the glasses underneath so that they stay nice and straight--and attached to his face, unlike some other figures (I'm looking at you, Buzzer).The details are fantastic, from his tattoos to his eyebrow piercing to his classic weapons, he looks great. You can stow his axes and revolver on him. He also has his rather interesting harpoon gun, that has been a staple of the character.He comes with a lot of stuff for the money you're spending, including alternate hands and a neckerchief (along with its corresponding configuration that allows him to put it over his face--which is what I have displayed below).He fits in well with the Dreadnok lineup. I love how they're all different body types, heights, and colors--it makes them feel varied and unique, but also a part of a dangerous, villainous faction of anarchists united by a desire to wreak havoc. I highly recommend picking him up!

Awesome Figure, Great addition to the collection. I like my figured ugly and Monkey Wrench didn't miss the mark.

Very good figure. The paint apps look, joints and accessories all good. I am a huge Dreadnok fan and had to have it and was not disappointed. The packaging it was sent in was great and kept the box perfect. I open anyway but didn't have to worry about damage.

Classified is hitting on all cylinders with their interpretation of classic characters from our childhoods. The Dreadnoks were a popular subset of characters and, when he was introduced, Monkeywrench made a huge splash. This sub l six inch version doesn’t mean as much into the Chuck Norris aesthetic, but is equally as toyetic and nostalgia inducing. Monkeywrench has the usual Classified attention to detail, articulation and honestly, an embarrassment of accessories. A great addition to this band of criminals and brigands.

1986 Monkeywrench was such a classic Dreadnok. This Classified just about completes the single carded Dreadnoks. Now we just need Thrasher w/ the Thunder Machine and Zanzibar w/ skiff. I had to chrome up the grenades, classic look.

2025 version of a toy I had as a child in the 90s. Great details. Pre order shipped as noted through updates.

Great figure

Another home run for GI joe. The sculpt on him is amazing. My only complaint is when you try to put on the mask it is really hard to get the hair to clip back in leaving the mask askew. Wish they would just go back to alternate heads
