I ordered this based of tiktok review and i regret it i waited for this package for a long time and i received a repackaged product with shipment sticker ripped off i was honestly disgusted, when i decided to use it it only worked for 15 min didnt even feel the heat. i wanted to return it and they approved the return but no one contacted me till today.

This is an amazing heating pad. Works great: super soft, has six settings, and the sheer size of it is my favorite thing. I like to turn it on a lower heat, like 3 or 4, at bedtime on the 2-hour setting just to get cozy. But the main way I use it is for menstrual cramps—it has been a godsend for relieving abdominal, low back, and leg cramps that come with the not-so-friendly monthly "friend." After having mine for almost a year, a coil or wire on the inside got damaged somehow and it suddenly started flashing "F" on the remote's screen. I tried unplugging it from the wall and disconnecting the pad from the cord (which is what they recommend trying on the product page of Pure Enrichment's website) ... but no dice. Tried it several times and the issue did not resolve. So I called Pure Enrichment customer service, and they were the BEST. (I don't give that compliment out lightly.) I told them what happened, gave them my Amazon order number, and the agent said they would have a new one sent out right away (via Amazon for faster shipping). There's a five-year manufacturer warranty on this heating pad, so barring something like "I accidentally left it too close to the fireplace and it went up in flames!" ... I think they'd be very generous if replacing it for you. As long as you're doing so ethically and honestly. Oh, and my dad got one for himself. It helps him with tight back muscles and he really likes his too. He hasn't had any issues with his. Hope this review is helpful!

The pads are comfortable and simple to use. They have plenty of different heat settings too. More than that, though, the company behind these products is fantastic. We bought one of these pads in 2022 and it just started to have the blinking "F" error in Jan 2026. One quick call (and one email) to PureEnrichment's support line and they took it under warranty and have a new pad on the way to our home. They stand behind their products!

The extra length is so helpful in reaching all my achy spots at one time, as is the long cord. The design of the “heating up” buttons and the “stay on” button are well designed to prevent possible burns, as they require intention to operate. Just the right amount of warmth is radiated through the soft, plush pad cover for the desired and safe period of time needed.

This heating pad is great for light use. It gets hot quickly and has a timer which is really useful. However , if you will use this product daily for long extended amounts of time, it is not as durable as you might wish for heavy usage. After heavy usage, the connecting cord wears down, the temperature settings are unreliable. I’ve had this for almost 3 years no problems until the past three months, or so, when usage increased. This is a still great product. Just consider your needs when purchasing.

I've purchased several Pure Heating pads in recent years for gifts and for myself. I've always been pleased with the quality, functionality and the availability of over size heating pads. Only recently was it necessary to request warranty service on a purchase. I emailed Pure to ask what action was required on my part to initiate repair or replacement. Ann, a Pure representative, responded quickly with a couple of questions and a request for a picture of the unit. Ann responed within hours of the receipt of the requested information. I am pleased with both Pure products and Ann's exceptional customer service. I definitely purchase Pure products in the future. Thank you Pure and Ann.
