I am appalled that any reputable manufacturer still uses polystyrene, and disappointed in the use of plastic tape when even Amazon now uses cellulose packing tape. I hope all the toxic packaging material gets shipped back to China.

These have changed my outdoor and greenhouse watering game! They help quite a bit to keep the soil nice and moist and the plants hydrated during the hot summer days. They are made very well but be sure not to drop them on hard surfaces from waist height as they will crack or shatter(yes, it happened). Although the size is quite nice and holds a good amount of water, the price is a bit high.

These work great. We have had a wet year, but I have these in planters at our cabin, so my flowers only get watered with the rain and when we visit and refill this every 2-3 weeks. I’ve got prettier, more lush plants in my planters with these reservoirs than any planter I have at home and water regularly. I’m thrilled and plan on buying more.

Definitely terra-cotta and raw unglazed. It holds 61 ounces each. And has a terra-cotta top. One of mine was shattered. Because it’s so well packed. I think that that happened as they were packing because it’s packed in Styrofoam and lots of tape. It’s really well packed. And the body of the product the bottle is intact so I will just ask for a replacement top. I’m pleased. I’m very pleased.

I have been looking for ollas less than 3L but greater than 1L in capacity. These should work despite the lip of one of them was damaged in transit.
