Q: I am planning on donating the toy and it must have a tag on it- does it come with a tag on it?

Yeah it has a tag. I love him! He’s so soft. My husband bought him for me, I have had him since Aug.

Q: Are the arms stuck in place to the body? Is there room to slip something through them like flowers and such?

The hands are stuck together but there is space to slide things that aren't too big inside the arms. Flowers would fit. This is truly adorable otter!

Q: Do the paws have magnets in them or are they sewn together?

I believe the paws are sewn together. They don't have magnets. I know that.

Q: Are the arms moveable? If i were to surprise someone and slip a small gift to make it look the otter was holding something, would there be space?

The arms are somewhat moveable. They are sewn so the paws are touching, but there is room to put a small object between the arms and the body. I did this with the otter I bought!
