Buy them if making sourdough
Love them, plan on buying a few more! For my sourdough business

Great
Very well-made, strong iron oven will outlast my other cookware. Use it for stews, soups, and deep-frying; it's very versatile, with lots of uses.

Good quality
Good quality and I am happy with the pot. I did purchase it to bake my sourdough in it and it turns out to be too small for baking a loaf but I am using it for other recipes.
User
Good size
Lid needs to be seasoned because it rusted when washed. Pot is very heavy for its size but closed evenly. Good purchase.

Lid handle broke during first use. Rusted lid after 2nd use!
I am thoroughly frustrated with this product! In addition to the lid handle breaking during first use, while baking bread, now after only using twice, the inside of the lid is covered in rust. And, No, I did not leave it in water. I tried baking soda, vinegar to clean it but it needs major scrubbing. Because The entire surface of the dutch oven is extremely rough, it very difficult to clean; it basically demolished the rough side of the sponge I was using. I reached out to manufacture and got no response! I donโt have a picture because honestly I just canโt spend more time on product !

A Go-To Pot
OK, it is not a Lodge brand. But it works well enough for my needs and saved me some money in the process.PROS:- Overall good quality- Easy to clean (no soap - scrub with salt, rinse, then season with oil)- Heats well. Does not seems to have hot/cold spots.- Versatile - stove, oven, grill. Heck, could use in a campfire if I wanted to.- Lid fits well and keeps heat inCONS:- Initial seasoning from factory was garbage so needed to be re-done prior to using- Weird design with plastic lid handle which is not oven-friendly (so I took it off)- Had a few sharp edges on it - hit it with a file to smooth off

Cooks evenly

If you use this as a Dutch Oven , you may need to replace the handle.
Received Dutch Oven yesterday and made Sour Dough bread today. Everything went great until I removed the lid. The handle on the lid cracked. It is still attached but no telling how long it will last before it falls off. Would hate to have it fall apart when the lid is hot. Bread is baked at 425 F. This handle is inferior and will need replaced. I'll probably make one out of better material.

Muy funcional
Funcional, es de buen hierro. Solo hay que curarla, pero realmente es muy buena para cocinar muchas cosas, si la recomiendo

Great sourdough baker!!
I bought an expensive enamelled dutch oven for my sour dough loaves but after every bake it would get dark spots all over the outside of it, even though I would scrub it immaculately before putting it in the oven. Then I saw someone suggest to use non enamelled cast iron pot and this price was so excellent that I thought I would give it a try.Very happy with my bread results. Great size for a loaf and well made.Someone mentioned that the knob was plastic but mine is not, it is cast iron and held up well in a 450 degree oven.It did have a smell when heating it in the oven at first. I would recommend for first use to heat and cool it maybe once before actually using.

Rusty after 3 uses

Great for my very specific use case
For its price, ideal size dimensions and my own personal unorthodox use case, I highly recommend. My specific use case was using its lid at the bottom of my Weber Smokey Mountain 14-inch cooker and the pot itself as a replacement for the smoker's drip catcher. By using this cast iron setup, it allows for better heat retention and temperature consistency for a more predictable cooking session.
