I’ve been waiting for the release 2 gang lightswitch and now I’ve been able to complete my Smart Home setup! Nice quality feel to the product and like the Steel finish!

I love the idea of having smart lights in my house by replacing the light switches and not replacing the light bulb. However those switches not the right one.Looks good, easy to install 'careful that the switch deeper than a normal light switch' I like the idea of turning the lights on/off from the switch but also via phone app or Google home. However the switch is very slow the double switch even slower, can take up to 20 sec for the light to go on/off.That's why I have given the products 2 Starts, for slowness and poor customer service.

Easy setup and works well with Alexa, I find it easier to use Alexa than pressing the buttons as these often take 2 presses to bring light on.I agree with other reviews that the switch is quite deep, I had to buy a spacer before fitting permanently.Works well with the timers I’ve setup.Had this for about 2 weeks so don’t know about the longevity.Requires the hub to connect to.Giving 5 stars due to price alongside functionality.

Appalling setup process - no indication that something is happening or not. Endless "restart and try again", software updates failing. And just will not pair with anything. I'm a techie with a house full of smart devices so know what I'm doing - this one just doesn't work. Energenie's own support responded with "Hmm, not seen this before" - and then no matter how much additional detail I sent, they just ignored me.

The overall product does what it says it can do, I struggled a little with installation, contacted Energenie, within a few hours a technician called me and sent me further instructions. I would recommend this product and company to others.
