The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Remarkable Paper Pro from Amazon, but the product experence is very poor and not as expected. There is excessive screen flickering and blinking during screen transitions, which causes serious eye discomfort. Unfortunately, there is no option for return or replacement, which is very disappointing.I request you to look into this issue and arrange a refund or return at the earliest.
