This last batch was extra fresh and flavorful! I pour some into my hand throughout the week and just take it. It’s a little salty and tastes great, and it’s great for health. Highly recommend this brand. I do wish they would make more environmentally-friendly packaging though.

Great product for increasing iodine in my diet

Use them for a recipe for detoxing for about a month for what it’s supposed to be for it’s great for I don’t know why I’m saying for so much for now. I will just say five out of five or four out of four.

Love these Dulce flakes for my smoothy

Per Medical Medium, I'm taking this everyday to pick up and hold chelated mercury that can recirculate and settle in tissues (like nerves) if it's not bound until your body expels it. I do believe it works, because before using it I would get tingling/pain and restless legs when I would chelate but when I take this, symptoms are much relieved if not eliminated. Just for the minerals and iodine alone I think it's worth it-- I'd rather take food than supplements when possible.

I made the mistake of stopping all iodine intake (cutting out iodized salt AND stopping eating the nori sea veg 3-4 times a week,due to just not remembering to eat it ) and after 7 months my TSH thyroid levels were way too high....I realized my mistake (I had added LOTS of healthy greens to my diet at the time too...causing an imbalance in my thyroid I think)...Anyway, upon realizing that ,I added the sea vegs back with this mix (in soups, smoothies, salads, etc.) and my T 3 & T 4 levels came back down to a nice mid range Normal. At 71 years old ANY redemption is welcome!!
