I put this in my black coffee and or water when I fast. it makes it hard to drink because so thick and strong aftertaste but my stomach does feel better with it. I have like acid feeling and major bloating in the mornings but after my mixing with it, much better quicker. I just use one scoop too. 2 would be too gross
