The media could not be loaded.  Amazing CIP ball. Make sure you get a 1/2 pipe to 3/8 adapter if you are attaching to a 1/2 inch copper pipe as I did. Fits perfect inside all my narrow neck carboys and works great with my keg prewash and rinse contraption. I'm going to upgrade my PBW washing machine with one of these.

Unusable - The thread does not confirm to NPT or BSP standards. I've tried many fittings, none will thread in past 1 turn.

The item I got was in fact BSPP thread and not BSPT or NTS/P. If you are in an area where BSP is not the norm either a NTS to NTS/P or better yet a BSPP to NTP adapter fixes the issue for only a few bucks from your local hardware or do it yourself store. An NTS fitting will fit it "snug enough" for home brewing applications.Other than that works perfectly. 4 stars for me living in the region I do. 5 stars elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded.  Awsome. Hooked it to a 1/3 hp sump pump with 1/2” copper to the spray ball. Cleans 6 gallon carboy in no time. My carboy has an approximate 1-1/4” id opening. Easily fits thru

I still needed an adapter for the Mark II Keg and Carboy Washer, used a Stainless Steel Adapter Reducer Nipple 1/2"npt Female - 3/8"npt Male Class 150 Pipe Coupling. Washes my glass carboys using a PBW solution with virtually no scrubbing.

This spray ball fits through the neck of a standard carboy. It provides a fantastic cleaning pattern when driven by a 1/6th HP submersible pump. The mating threads are 3/8 Inch BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel)

this is not 3/8". Do not buy if you want a 3/8"s

I can't comment on the threads like others have on here, so I'll share my install. I was initially surprised at how small it was, I completely didn't visualize 3/8 in my mind. It friction threads onto 1/2" PEX externally just fine, and then I reamed out 1/2" ID PVC upright pipe which my keg cleaner had installed already on it. I slip fit this PEX into the PVC all in a vertical line and fed it all off the 960GPH pond pump I had used before and it works perfect, flows and spins great, it would probably "clean" better with higher pressure, but for agitation with a PBW solution which should be scrub free anyhow this will do fine. If anything, its the limitation of my pump and not this CIP head. Great for homebrewer use

The media could not be loaded.  Inaccurate pictures and discription. Pictures show 4 cuts on the ball to give 360 degrees of spray. Mine only has 2 on the top of the ball.

Good quality, will probably work well, but it's not a 3/8 thread.

great spray ball. i use it with a 800 GPH pond pump and its awesome. a normal 3/8 NPT DOESNT fit had to use a 3/8 male gas line fitting.
