One of my dad’s favorite gifts
This is a great pizza cutter that was my dad’s favorite gift for a few years. You need to sharpen it every once and a while because the metal is kinda soft but other than that the size is great and it works perfectly.

PERFECT FOR OONI KODA 16!
The Cuisinart CCB-339 Pizza Stone Cleaning Brush is a great addition to any pizza lover's tookit. This brush is specifically designed to clean pizza stones, which can be difficult to clean without damaging them. First and foremost, the brush is extremely effective at cleaning pizza stones. The bristles are strong and durable, but gentle enought to not scratch or damage the stone. The brush' sdesin makes it easy to get into all the nooks and crannies of the stone, ensuring that every bit of debris and leftover toppings are removed.Another great feature of the Cuisinart CCB-399 Pizza Stone Cleaning Brush is its build quality. The handle is made of solid wood and is comfortable to grip. The bristles are securely attached to the handle and do not shed or fall out during use. Overall, this brush feels very well-made and durable. One minor issue with the brush is that the bristles can be difficult to clean thoroughly after use. However, this is a common issue with any cleaning brush and can be easily remedied by soaking the bristles in warm soapy water for a few minute.Overall, I would highly recommend the Cuisinart CCB-339 Pizza Stone Cleaning Brush to anyone who frequently uses a pizza stone. It's effectiveness, durability, and ease of use make it a great investment for any pizza enthusiast.

Pizza Oven?
Bought this item to clean a pizza oven. The table model. The brush is too long. But it is perfect for a BBQ though. Be careful with the bristles. Might fall off on cooked meats. Cleaning the brush it is rather difficult. Shall have to find solutions.

a decent sstone cleaning brush thats safer than wire brushes
This brush does a pretty decent job of cleaning my pizza stone. I see people complaining that the bristles have fallen off but it seems like they don't read the directions and try to use it on hot stones or while the oven is running. You definitely need to wait until the stone and oven are completely cool (i.e. room temperature) before using it When you use it at the right temperature the bristles stay on just fine. I like the natural bristles because I have concerns about the metal particles and rust residue that can get left behind from a metal brush. In addition, the metal brushes are probably too abrasive for a pizza stone. If your cooking on a pizza steel they may be a better choice but not for a stone. That being said, this brush isn't going to return your pizza stone to looking brand new. It's going to lighten it up a couple of shades and take off any build up from the surface of the stone. At that point what stains remain on the stone are purely cosmetic and should have no impact on your pizza results. Overall its a good brush at a great price. Highly recommended (if used according to the directions).

Sturdy and Dull
I ordered this as "used" at a steep discount. Upon arrival there was an obvious manufacturing defect/imperfection in an unimportant location of the blade steel. I ignored this in my evaluation but wanted to note it as an awareness of the possibility of similar defects. This cutter has a firm rubbery/non-slip? handle, a deeper curve (smaller radius) than the economy versions out there, and a dull blade. The blade material was firm at 1.4mm but still very slightly flexible. There was a grind on the cutting edge but still left a squared edge. It will still slice most pizza's without damaging the surface or creating a cut risk when cleaning. Still for me it is unreasonably dull and will need a little sharpening work. The corners also need some work as they are not rounded to prevent an over rocking puncture from the pointed corner.Overall this is a nice rocker with a good weight and feel, especially for the price. I'd give this a solid 4 stars, maybe 5 if not for the rework needed to get the blade as it should be.

quick cut
The pizza cutter is very heavy and made of thick metal. There is a rubber handle that runs the length of the cutter, and it has an almost flat edge, so the cutter can be rested upright on the rubber side. It is somewhat sharpened, but not as sharp as a knife would be, so you will not get cut if you reach for it in a drawer. It seems to be sharp enough for cutting pizza. Sometimes I need to rock the cutter a few times to get to a tricky spot on pizza, but most of the time, it works great. Since the blade is so wide and long, it is possible to cut thick pies and deep dish pizzas with it with no problem.I store the cutter upright with the bamboo pizza plates and pizza peel, and it works out for me quite well, since the cutter is so big. This way it does not take additional space.

Super Kitchen Accessory for Pizza Lovers!
Cuisinart's Ceramic Glazed Pizza Stone is very slick looking and an excellent choice as a gift for a person who makes his own pizza (for example. the vegan in my family) from scratch, on a regular basis. I looked up cordierite and discovered that it is a mineral related to the gemstone iolite, but that in this form it is used for many culinary purposes. It is considered pretty strong (and is also used in the manufacture of catalytic converters in its synthetic form! Just an FYI).This good looking stone by Cuisinart measure's 13". As the average pizza we make here at home is around 12", this is perfect. I like the fact that you can cut on this and also that you can put it in the dishwasher for cleanup. I am not certain we will be cooking at 500 degrees (we usually cook our pizzas at 475 degrees), but the outer box does give a recipe for a pizza cooked that way. The intent is for this pizza stone to be used on the grill as well as in the oven. How cool is that? It would make a very original wedding gift if you consider giving it to a couple who love cooking and grilling! This handsome stone is a wonderful addition to anyone's kitchen. I am delighted to have it.

Different Design
My wife enjoys this because there isn't a handle that can break off. However, she hates cleaning it because she fears the inner plastic piece will soon break.Overall, though, we both like this pizza cutter. It's compact, too, which is nice.

perfect for what i use them
In the first picture you see the pizza oven I build to get the idea what I am talking about. In the second picture you see how it looks like when the fire is down and the oven has about 300 Celsius. Takes about 2 hours. In the beginning i tried to put the pizza directly on the hot stone. I say try because when i got lucky it worked perfect. Unfortunately out of 8 tries 3 winners. The other times the pizza ended either in the fire or on the ground.....very frustrating. So I looked for a solution and voila...You see the results in the other pictures. Anyway I have to say something regarding the product reading all the bad reviews. Most of the pizza stones come in that special rock called corditorite. There are a few rules you need to follow:1. Some people complain about a smell. - They don't. What you smell is the burning stuff in you el. oven from former cooking/baking and then not well cleaned for the high temparature (minimum 250 Celsius) you need to bake a pizza. This is what you smell or the smoke coming from.2. Stains. - Ya they do stain when cheese or tomato sauce drops on the stone. Not a biggie at all. Just scrape them and leave the stains be.3. Oil. - No seasoning and no oil what so ever. Especially not olive oil since olive oil is a NO-High temperature oil.Don't even pour it on you pizza. You ruin it....the pizza and the stone. Olive oil starts smoking already at low temperature. How do I get this wisdom?...Experience. which is making mistakes and learning from it....4. Cracked stones. - Well if you put a hot stone on cold surface it might crack. Also...there is no cutting pizza on those stones. Because they definitely crack. No matter the thickness of the stone.I used those thin stones, because I am not preheating them. The Oven stones (that is where the fire is) are getting so hot, they instantly heating the thinner pizza stones withing minutes and more over, evenly.Yes they cool quicker than the thicker stones but i take the pizza anyway off the stone right away and even better.... eat it right away.I believe they same rules will apply for the el. Oven. Come Wintertime and i can't use the Pizza oven then I will figure that out too.So....since all 8 Pizzas turned out the way you see in the other pictures I give the product a 5 star review. If something changes I get back to you.
