Very strong and robust quality, this shredder shredded my cabbage thin and fine, just the way I wanted it. Just what I was looking for and I fi ally find it. Wo derful gadget to hsve in your kitchen. Now I find I am shredding cabbing for stir fry and for coleslaw, and salads. Thank you for this lovely well made sharp shredder.
