These ThermaCare wraps for the low back are absolutely wonderful. The little activated things that heat after you pull the wrap apart to open it, stay warm for over 24 hours and offer a deep heat into the muscle that allows it to relax while the magnets help to pull the pain from the muscle. I do lots of yard work no matter what month of the year and a lot of bending over and lifting AND I'M OLD, and if they work for me with aging muscles and aging ligaments, they plainly WORK. I order them by the case because I NEVER want to run out.

I have been using these products for years. I have chronic upper shoulder and neck cramping so I like to have something with heat on most of the day. These stay hot and do the job. Adhesive is pretty good but if you do take it off and hope to put it back on not sure it will stay on that long. But the initial adhesive effect is very good. Just a tip - if these are too hot for you or your skin is very sensitive I put a doubled up piece of paper towel between my skin and the product and it's still allows heat to work through I'll keeping me from sweating.

These pads are good for low back pain, as well as neck, etc. They stay in place better than the back pads and focus heat where you need it. Price is very good with quick shipping.

For years I used the wraps but discovered that these fit the lower back perfectly and are far more comfortable. I always have them on hand. Really helpful and not bulky under clothing.

I get severe mid back pain when working in the kitchen. These heat wraps are wonderful, they ease the pain and the heat lasts all night and longer. I always carry one with me.

The photo makes a shopper think they'll receive six boxes of ThermaCare heat wraps with three wraps in each box, right? Nope. What you get is 18 unboxed heat wraps. I am assuming the heat wraps are fine (haven't used any from this shipment yet but have used them for years and they're great), but without the boxes they are very hard to store. Picture 18 slippery wraps piled together. The six boxes -- the way they're purchased at a retail store -- are perfect for storage when stacked on top of each other, unlike the terrible way these loose wraps arrive. The vwey misleading photo should be replaced with one that shows what the customer is actually getting. Update: I used one of the wraps tonight and it isn't like the ones I've purchased in stores or others I've purchased from Amazon over the decades I've used them. Onlythe "wings" on the adhesive part will peel off instead of that full strip from one end (wing) to the other (wing) that's on the previous ones I've used. Why the change? However, the wrap does provide warmth.

Don’t order. This is a misleading post which the vendor iShopNutrition is trying (it seems with some difficulty) to get Amazon to take down. I placed an order in November 2020 expecting six boxes but only got one. I have resolved this very straightforwardly with iShopNutrition (they are very easy to deal with) but it seems there is an Amazon error in linking the picture to their offering. Please beware. I answered a question about this earlier today. Since then I’ve checked with the vendor (based in California) and they have confirmed that they do not offer multipacks. Clearly £20+ for one box to be sent to the UK from California is not the best deal!
