The spring is a little annoying, but this works well so far and the mechanical action is good. Used to tighten Matte black finishes with no damage to the finish.

Great quality, great value. The jaws are sturdy enough to grip tight without being deformed. They are great for using on anything you don't want scratched or marred. The black coating is nice and thick, should hold up to rust well over time. The rubberized handles are smooth, but grippy enough to stay in your hand even when wet. Simple jaw pad design with a single fastener makes replacing worn out pads easy.

muy buen producto, la calidad es buenisima, su caracteristica de protectores plasticos es lo mejor, ademas que trae repuestos por si se llegan a dañar, trae resorte para que se abra, solas y poder usarlas con una sola mano. No me sorprende la calidad pues soy fan de esta marca y nunca me quedan mal. La uso para piezas metalicas con pintura para no lastimar al poner presion.
