Works just as well as name brand
Cheap, effective, I use it to get back on sleep schedule after a crazy weekend. Just as good as name brand.

Love-Hate relationship!
I find that if I take the melatonin around 9 or 10 PM I usually wake up about 2 or 4 AM. It never fails. I'm always going to wake up. I'm never going to sleep an entire night over 5 hours. It never gives me 8 hours. Depending on what I have to do the next morning, I will sometimes leave one out so when I wake up, I can pop one and get me another 4 to 5 hours!

Effective
Helps me relax in the evening. I usually split them in two taking half early evening followed by the second half at bed time. Easy to swallow and seem to have improved my sleep quality.

Easy to cut in half
The circular tablets have a perforation down the middle, which makes it easy to cut in half with a kitchen knife. Rather than buy 2 or 3 mg tablets, I buy the 5 mg for the same price and cut them in half.
