I’ve been training in the gym consistently over the last 2 years and seen some great gains. I’m always in a 500 calorie excess, as I’m trying to build muscle and bulk up. I’m always finding it a struggle and annoyance trying to eat 3200+ calories a day, as well as finding the time to prep/cook all of my meals! I’ve started to realise smaller snack items for on the go helps me combat this, and Saturo fell into this category perfectly for me. I love the fact I’m getting all of my micro nutrients from Saturo too… I do try my best to eat enough fruit and veg, but to know I’m getting it from other areas is definitely a plus. My only worry when buying these kinds of meal replacements or supplements for me personally is taste, and how my sensitive body (bowel) reacts to them. Fortunately, Saturo is dairy & gluten free, so it’s been perfect for my sensitive stomach. The taste is great (I’ve only tried Vanilla so far), and the consistency has been great too… Usually these drinks (and protein shakes that I usually have) are very claggy/lumpy in texture, making them unbearable to drink. The Vanilla saturo goes down like a treat! It’s also much thinner in consistency than I expected which makes it easier to drink. I usually have this as breakfast as I’m usually quite rushed for work on a morning so anything to make life that tiny bit easier is a bonus for me! I highly recommend trying Saturo if you’re after a quick and easy, tasty snack, but also lactose intolerant and gluten free. Anyone with a busy hectic lifestyle will love keeping a Saturo in their bag for an extra snack!

My 5th day with Saturo Chicolate drink and I am quite impressed! It is a health and convenient meal replacement that actually tastes great! I quite like the fact that it is not too sweet. It's packed with all the nutrients that you could get from one meal since I am doing a controlled calorie diet after stuffing myself with all the Christmas stuffs and puddings! With my busy lifestyle, it was quite hard for me to balance my food choices, with Saturo drinks, even when I am on the go - it is so easy to stick to my eating goals. I usually missed breakfast due to early shift at work, for a few days now, I have a Saturo drink each morning and even at 2pm, i still feel full. At times when tempted to devour with snacking at night, i just had 1 saturo and it is still within my calorie allowance. Packaging is brilliant as it is environmental friendly, so im quite impressed and my next purchase is already in my basket and ready for checkout!

I was sceptical about purchasing at first, I needed something quick for breakfast and something healthy, not full of my usual fried junk. The taste is not offensive it's not strong or overly sweet it's just a taste of chocolate but not overpowered at all, plus it's got loads of nutrients to start the day off with which I probably wouldn't usually ever get! The only downside is that it pretty much instantly within 10 miniutes gave me a headache, which is a great shame because apart from that I really like it I'm not sure what causes it because I've never had issues before.

Im pleasantly surprised with the Saturo drink,lovely taste and really smooth, mine was Strawberry, it Arrived quickly and well packed.They taste fantastic and I've noticed having more energy on days when I replace my cereal with Saturo,The bottles are easy to open and recycle when you have finished the drink.I am very pleased with these shakes and can not wait to try the other flavours when I run out!

I liked the taste and the convenience, but it gave me a headache. And I mean an INSTANT headache, like an allergic reaction. It also made me feel bad tempered. It seems that my body reacts badly to it. It could be the soy.

I find myself having no time to have breakfast in the mornings, so I regularly use shakes and other meal drinks so I still get my nutrients and energy for the day. After getting bored of my previous shakes flavours I decided I try out these, so far my findings are that they definitely keep me fuller for longer until it’s lunch time so that’s a huge bonus, plus they are packed with vitamins!I ordered the chocolate flavour, usually chocolate shakes are a little too sweet and sickly for me but these ones are perfect! I am very pleased with these shakes and can not wait to try the other flavours when I run out!

Tastes awful.like really bad.when they arrived the bottles were just all whote with no information on them at all.strange.

pleasantly surprised with the Saturo drink,lovely taste and really smooth,nice chocolate taste (more on the coco side but that's ok) very unlike other meal replacement drinks i've tried,which can have a chalky taste. this has a smooth texture and no after taste,and is quite filling,can't wait to try the other flavors.the only bad point for me is they are quite expensive,but that said would happily pay more money for something that actually tastes good!!
