The update after two weeks.I haven’t consistently taken this, mainly because I want to avoid the saggy face caused by rapid weight loss. I only take one pill once a day before dinner when I do, just to eat less at dinner and eliminate the night snacking. My husband does the same too. We both feel it works as intended. I don’t see the weight loss but it may due to the strength training I started at the same time. For me. it’s a five- star purchase .It certainly makes me feel full much faster. I literally could not finish my plate after taking two capsules 20 minutes before the meal. The battle of will seems to be over.There is an easy victory with the aid of this supplement.However, I feel two capsules might be a high dose already. One capsule might serve well enough for awhole day. Since It’s different from any weight loss supplement like keto, or ACV. The effect shows right away through diminished appetite. I will update after two weeks of use.

Product arrived quickly, and exactly as pictured. In other words, it was carefully packed, and not looking as if a herd of cattle stomped on it, as I have had other products (not from this vendor) arrive. It’s a little early in my usage to give a full review, but so far, it does do what it’s supposed to be doing. Doesn’t have any bad aftereffects. So I have been using this five days a week for the last three weeks I have lost one or 2 pounds. However it has definitely helped give me energy and don’t feel foggy through the day. I’m going to continue taking it so far is definitely worth the money I paid for it.

Llevo 1 semana tomando este producto y no sirve no me quita el hambre. Me lo tomo 30 minutos antes de la comida y me sirve un plato más pequeño de lo que me sirvo y me quedo con mucha hambre termino sirviendo otro plato y 1 hora después me da mucha ansia por algo dulce . Intente dejando pasar 45 minutos a 1 hora y nada y para colmo no aceptan devoluciones . Se supone que decían que si te devolvían el dinero pero cuando lo quiero hacer no te da la opción porque abriste el producto. Cómo lo voy a probar si no lo abro

Didn't leave a bad taste like others that I have tried. Easy to swallow. No bad smell.

I've only been taking this product for a couple of weeks so it's too soon to notcie any weight loss, but I have noticed an increase in energy and it's suppressing my appetite. Can't wait to see how it helps with weight-loss

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I read the ingredient list of products I buy and then if there are ones I do not recognize I look them up. I decided to try this one. I have been taking this for 3 weeks and will continue to take it. I have more energy, I have lost 3 pounds with minimal caloric changes although how I eat has changed. I find I eat smaller meals more frequently. My mid-life bones and joints feel better, not 100% but less achy. I take 2 capsules first thing in the morning with a glass of water. I’m glad I gave it a try. Weight loss:It’s not super fast but as long as my weight continues to go down I will be happy.Health benefits:Turmeric has lots of health benefits and I wasn’t sure how to incorporate it into my diet.
