This is a very good collection of guided meditations. My only quibble is that, considering how many times he uses the word, Adyashanti can't say being. It's be-ing not bean!

These are so good. Adyashanti's voice is so humane and compassionate and the meditations for me are spot on. Simple format, easy to listen too and yet very profound. Really good
