Bottle is open leaked everywhere not salvageable had to throw out

Arrived with broken seal, used and diluted.
Arrived with broken seal, used diluted and with dead bugs inside the solution. Someone obviously used it. Returned it with dirty used koral MD and then returned the item with used solution. Disgusting. I have a few hundred dollars worth of frags that had just arrived and I open this bottle and it’s totally depressing. Can you have your team do a quality check on your return items??? So frustrating!!!! Geez. Ridiculous!
