These Victorinox paring knives have quickly become my wife’s favourite kitchen tool, and she’s a tough critic when it comes to anything related to cooking. The blade is extra sharp, that makes chopping and slicing a breeze – perfect for her deshi curries. As for me? The best I can manage is boiling an egg, but she’s decided it’s high time I learn the art of proper Bangladeshi cooking.
