I don't know the exact measurements, but I'm 5'4. The dress landed at my knees in the front, and with a tiny heel on, the back landed just above the ground!

I would guess an XL. I’m 5’5” 150 lbs, and I bought a large. It fits well, and I got a lot of compliments on it. Double check your measurements against the size chart, though.
