Ateco Stainless Steel Large Pyramid Mold, 4.75 by 3.25-Inches High (Pack of 3)

Great way for a home chef to give a high-end restaurant plating of rice. Who wants to see a blob of rice on a plate - was inspired after I started packing rice into a high-ball glass and then emptying onto plate - the rice holds its form - and was pleasantly surprised after thinking a rice pyramid would be cool that a mild actually existed. I originally ordered the larger size and returned it w/o trying it - but now wondering if I need both as the M size serving is sufficient, and prolly the healthiest size serving, but I do love jasmine rice. I know - may be OTT, but would be fun to have a S, M, and L size and create a Giza plateau plating.

I like this mold quality and easy removal. I put rice in the mold and remove on dinner plate it looks good

Great size to use

I like this mold except that they didn't dull the base edges, and when handling the mold, I sliced my index finger on the base edge. I hope the manufacture, dulls that so no one else get cut like I did. I used sandpaper to sand off the sharp edges on mine, if you already have one, I'd recommend doing the same.

Please note that these are hollow. My neighbor and I came up with putting concrete in the middle, but then you had to drill holes in the stainless steel pyramid and add screws so the concrete would adhere. You will also have to put drainage rock beneath where ever you place them due to rain, so that they will not sink into the ground. Unfortunately they do not make the concrete ones anymore.

I would highly recommend this product! Although I do not use it for food prep, I do use it to make my bath products. They come out more uniform and I have more control on size and removal is sooo much smoother than popping them out of molds. This is the perfect size for my bombs/fizzies and they look AMAZING! not to mention I have not seen any pyramid shaped bath bombs before so this is a fun shape! I will be ordering more!!!

i use it for rice and let me tell you it is top quality... definetly worth the buy and i got th other larger one and its also good. notice: im a big guy and i like to eat but i say this one is kinda small for a rice serving (again, my own opinion i like to EAT! lol) and the next one up is too big of a serving so... idk i serve individual servings with this smaller one and fill the plate with other things like salad and such so the rice doesnt finish up too quick

I love this mold, I love the superior quality that was used to make it. I love it's durability, and I especially love how the it holds the shape of the food. It made a very IMPRESSIVE PRESENTATION TO MY Lemon Orzo Pasta dish. It looked so professional. I felt like I was a chef presenting my food to a panel of judges. I liked the priced that I paid also, and the fast pace shipping. I want to order more in the future in various sizes.

I bought the three pyramids as a set...they worked well...after I tweaked how and what I had been using them for they performed well..

The quality of this stainless steel pyramid mold is very good. Sometimes the inside edges have a bit of extra metal so the company needs to ensure that it is smooth on the inside. I notified the seller and was promptly offered an exchange for two new ones. They work very well with resin.

Great for any craftwork or baking. Can be used in many ways. Size nice and small. Perfect for those resin crafts
