Surprising value for the price. It works as described. It prints nice & clear. Easy to use and handy comes with a free ink refill and label stickers also. Just loved it. Quality looks very durable…go for it.

Little Bit Damage
Received Damage Product.. Little Bit Damage So I Managed It I Don't Return It.. I Use Glue To Stick It & Now It's Working Awesome... Everything Ok Delivered In 3 Days... Happy With The Product... 4 Star Because Of Damage Product... Please Be Careful Next Time Before Shipping This Product To Any Customer.

Poor quality item, can easily stop working.
Quality of item is poor. The rotary system to set the characters for printing is loose and fragile. Within a few days of use, one of the rubber bands with the embossed characters came off the wheel and got stuck with the one next to it. And that was the end of this product. Please look for some other, more sturdy product.
