Can i use these in my niel meds sinus rinse bottle?

You can use it in whatever device you wish, but these packets are meant to be mixed with 500mL of water, so you have to mix it in a measuring cup, and then pour from there into your NielMeds bottle.

How is it different from using common salt for same purpose ?

Dont use common salt cause it contains iodine. Instead use sendya salt, 10/- packet. And use very little amount of backing soda(tata product) just a pinch
