These weights are spectacular. I've been using them since they arrived and they are very useful for progressively increasing weight. They haven't lost their color either.

This is exactly what I was looking for to help me on my weight-loss journey. I will give you a 10+ gold star. They’re worth the money and they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Help me with toning the arms and losing weight. I also put them around my ankle. They’re amazing. I would definitely recommend this purchase They’re comfortable the Velcro is great
