I have absolutely LOVED this electrolyte! My fav has been the Blue Raspberry! However, I recently found out that STEVIA isn’t good for you & after reading more about it REALIZED it may have been why I was having heart palpitations! I stopped using this product for a month, trying BEAM, which also have electrolytes included & didn’t realize that my heart palpitations have stopped. I looked up STEVIA again & it can cause heart palpitations or worse, along w/kidney issues & more. I was just about to order more & remembered about the STEVIA. Regular organic sugar would be so much better. Now I’m bummed because I love this product SO MUCH & have recommended to MANY!
