At first I was DEEPLY disappointed because after assembly, the juicer would not turn on. Then after both my husband and worked with it, we finally figured out that the top needs to be open to lock it into place and to release it from the locked position once you finish juicing. Once we figured that out, it was easy peasy sweet sailing! Absolutely love this juicer. The clean up is ridiculously easy. I never use the brush if I rinse it immediately following juicing. Also, the assembly is SUPER easy. Highly recommend this juicer and now I look forward to juicing much more frequently because messy juicing and clean up is a thing of the past. Thank you for making a quality product at a great price point. This does not have as huge a container as something like the Brevil for large batch juicing, however you can make a fair amount of juice that is not in such large batches that it is no longer fresh because you had so much that needed to be stored. It juices enough for immediate use and perhaps another day of storage. Also it is great that you can drop whole produce and walk away while it juices. I confidently recommend this juicer.

As someone who is new to juicing, I found this juicer to work surprisingly well. It was easy to assemble (only 3 main parts that fit nicely together). I’ve tried several fruits and vegetables (I.e. apples, carrots, cucumber, beets, ginger, etc.) and have been happy with the results. I would recommend cutting harder vegetables like carrots or beets into smaller chunks beforehand. Also, celery strands might sometimes clog the discharge port - not a big deal - just turn it off and use a utensil to loosen it. I do find there is a slight amount of pulp, which doesn’t bother me - overall the juice tastes great (having not tasted juice from a higher end juicer). It fits nicely on my countertop and I find it relatively easy to clean in my opinion - just take it apart and rinse under warm water to wash the leftover produce bits and let air dry. I find the build quality to be on par with what I expected. Overall, I would say I find it to be a good value for the cost, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the juicer and the juice that it makes.

This juicer is what I've been missing from my kitchen edition. Once I received this, I started juicing everything and I'm so glad I made this purchase. There was no clogging, it captured the pope consistency and great value for your money

I purchased this juicer on December 01. Right out of the package one of the cups was cracked from top to bottom. I used the juicer for over 2 weeks before contacting the company. The first batch of juice was amazing! But..... it got progressively worse after that. There was little to no pulp the first time I juiced and then it just got to the point of it being overwhelming. The stopper for the juice side also stopped working so if you didn't have anything underneath it, the juice would leak out (if you were filling a second container you had to quickly swap them so it wouldn't go all over the counter). I contacted the company on December 20. They responded the following day asking what I was juicing etc. On December 22 they sent me a photo of the parts for the juicer and asked which ones I needed. Ummm.... it's YOUR product that's not working, I have no idea what I need to make it work correctly so I chose the ones that I thought would maybe fix the issue. They stated they would get them shipped out to me but it would take 12-15 days as they're coming from China. It is now January 23 and I have not received any parts nor has there been any further contact from them. It's possible that I just got a bad juicer as there are many other reviews that are ok, which is why I chose this one to begin with. With that being said, I ended up sucking it up and buying a Nama J2, which is WELL worth the money. You're taking your chances with this one. Like I said, maybe I just got a bad juicer (there's always one in the bunch), but the lack of communication, knowledge of their product, and not to mention it's been over 30 days since they claim they mailed parts... I basically threw money out the window for an appliance that I can't use. Oh and their return policy- it must be returned in the condition it was received. So seeing as I have used it, I'm unable to return it. Awesome.

Started malfunctioning under 5 months, it stopped working and I reached out to the company via warranty, they take forever to process replacement parts. The presser or juicer middle cracked, it cannot juice hard fruits or veggies like beets, turmeric and ginger even when cut small. Then they tried to manipulate me into putting 5 stars to get the replacement horrible service and trash juicer. It is not maximum juice yeild. Its not durable the quality and juice output is also not good, i had to double strain the juice. Don't buy it just find better. Its loud and sounds like it was about to break at any second and guess what it did. Update: I spoke to the manager and a replacement was sent the the motor stopped working. I gave 5 stars because they sent a new juicer to make up for the issues. The manager and representative were helpful and made sure everything worked out.

I had high hopes for this juicer because I own another model (B0D5D91FGM) that works really well. So, I thought I'd upgrade to this one since it has a steel auger, makes sorbet, and supposedly has a triple strainer for less pulp. The B0D5D91FGM model is a little louder but does a great job for a lower-priced juicer. Cons: • This juicer was a disappointment. You must cut up veggies and fruit, except, say, lemons or oranges. I juice about a pound each of beets, carrots, celery, apples, and other soft fruits and veggies. The B0D5D91FGM model—well, you don't really have to (I tried it). It juices faster if you do. If you don't cut them up, it will masticate them without a problem. This one looked like it was playing soccer with the beets, apples, and celery. • There was much more pulp in the juice than my current juicer. While the quality is good, it's not better than what I have, and it yielded less juice. Another disappointment. • Less power. • It was very loud when masticating beets, apples, carrots, and celery. It sounded like it was about to break. • The feeder hole is smaller. Pros: The noise level was lower, but it was not as quiet as the description indicates. It will not process whole fruit unless they are soft. It's well made If you don't have any experience and like a lot of prep and pulp, it's a decent value. Fast clean-up, except celery gets caught up in the spool and you have to pull it out. Unfortunately, since it's not an improvement over the AMZCHEF (B0D5D91FGM), I will be returning it. This cold press juicer is truly better than the ordinary juicers I've used before. The juice comes out very smooth, with almost no pulp, and the juice yield feels quite high. The texture and flavor of the juice are natural, and the color remains vibrant. Cleaning is also more convenient than expected—just rinse a few parts and it's done. When I make vegetable or fruit juice for my child, he enjoys drinking it much more than before.

I am very satisfied of my purchase.It is easy to assemble,to clean and it prepares good juices. Until now, I used ginger,carrots,pineapple,apples,grapefruits,celery and oranges and all worked well. I would definitely buy it again and can only recommend it.
