Do you all sell a larger strap for attachment to a post? I live in the middle of nowhere and I'm attaching it to a tree.

Not sure about a larger strap but you could configure the bungie around the post and secure it using the straps. Purchased this for use with my 100lb black lab for walks in the country. Have attached one end to a tree with the other attached to her vest so that we could be out in the garden together without her leaving the property.

The small sized belt, what is the smallest setting? Smallest waist size?

You could comfortably do 25 inches but we have never had any complaints and we have some small Athletes using it.

one of the pictures shows an athlete holding on to two hand straps - does this come with two hand straps? or only one?

One is an assistor strap and the smaller one Is Velcro to use on a pole or anchor for working alone or without assistance.
