What Country are these plantains grown/imported from?

Probably west Africa. You cut them in slices and fry them till they’re golden brown. I’m from Nigeria and that’s how we eat it. You can eat them with stew, scrambled eggs, rice etc

are these not gassed like the ones in usa stores? truly natural and chemical free?

Honestly. I dont know if they are gassed or not. But compared to the ones I buy I'm the store they got yellow beautifully. Not hard and without flavor like the store. The plantains tasted like in my country .
