Ease of use! Was able to remove clogged ear wax that was causing me pain and discomfort. Definitely recommend.

I returned this item. The tools were okay. However there is a very small space for the ear wax suction. The suction is strong but the hole is too small.

Product I received randomly turns on when held in certain positions, after turning off then putting in the same position it turns itself back on again without touching any of the controls, it even turned itself on when I put it in its case after turning off. At highest suction level it does not feel like it can suck anything through the tube but will re-try to confirm next heavy buildup I get, but from the feeling it does not feel like much. The control panel is simple but its a touch screen type? it needs a physical switch to turn on/off.

That product is good. It does do the job it’s easy to use and it cleans your ears just perfectly. I would recommend this for parents for yourself. You can use them on babies. I mean it’s not bad to use on them. This is a good product.

This thing is awesome, saves me a half-dozen trips to the ENT and doesn't irritate ear tissue like a cotton swab would.

I do not find this useful. Just doesn't do the job. I've used it a few times and nothing. I was in hopes that it would work. No different than taking one of those little bubble things, Squeezing it in your ear and sucking it out. Which cost hardly anything. It was a waste of my time and money. And does it work for a baby, I don't know. I guess this is why when I go to the ear doctor they never use anything that vacuum it out anymore. They always want to wash them out with water.No good if you have problems with swimmers ears. But Will I try using it again, maybe. Will let you know if it ever changes.

The media could not be loaded. The suction is pretty gentle and doesn’t feel like it’s yanking at my ears or causing discomfort. I use it around the outer part of my ears and near the entrance of the ear canal, nothing too deep, just to keep things tidy. The silicone tips are soft and flexible, so they’re comfortable to use. The manual tools are well made and easy to use. They’re sturdy with a bit of give, so they don’t feel harsh when I’m using them to scoop out any stubborn bits. The buttons are easy to press to figure out the suction levels. The battery lasts me through a few cleanings, I usually do this after a shower when things are a bit softer and easier to clean. The suction, while gentle, sometimes feels too weak to get everything out, especially if there’s a bit of buildup. I have to go over the same spot a few times.
