Excellant ggarrage door threshold seal. Heavy duty, we are in West Texas with high winds and blowing dust, this has stopped the blowing dust from finding its way into our garage. Silicone cement that is incldued is very strong and the quantity is more thna adequate to ensure a strong bond to the floor . Took less than 30 minutes to install and very happy with the outcome and performance. Does not interrfere with the garage door operation at all.

Our old strip was letting water in the garage, which is a nuisance because everything gets we. My husband ordered this and now no more water in the garage, it looks better and didn't take long at all to install. I think what took the longest was getting the old stuff up and then waiting to drive on it to make sure it was good and adhered.

It keeps the water out of my Garage.

Great quality and value, easy to work with. Stuck to my cement garage floor with just one tube of the included sealant. Closed up the remaining gaps under my garage door to keep the critters out.

Note that mine did not come with any adhesive materials, despite the product description saying it would come with adhesive materials.

Not great at doing it implied job

I had an HVAC unit that leaked and was not installed in a pan and I was looking for something to create a barrier to hold back water on the concrete slab. This threshold really fit the bill! I cut it with a mitre saw and attached it to the concrete and caulked around the inside and at the corners. I’m very happy with the quality. It is thick and heavy duty and very easy to install.

I don’t recommend this product. Doesn’t work effectively.
