Two questions: is the door reversable or an option for the hinge on the left instead of right? Are there leveling feet on the unit?

Hi, it can't reversable, it have leveling feet on the unit.

I received the unit and plugged it in. The controls do not work at all. Any suggestions or do I need to return this?

Does the unit turn on? The light? If so make sure the setting is in high and give it time. It will cool. Also make sure to put drinks inside, you really won’t notice unless you do so

does this have clear glass or is it dark tinted glass like the other Antarctic Mini Fridges?

The Glass is clear but the lights inside make it kind of dark to look ay

If it was laying down you might have to wait for 24 hrs unplugged.
