This clipboard is pricey, but worth it. I've been using mine for a few weeks now. I'm a float nurse so versatility and flexibility are my bag. This clipboard matches my style. In the past, I always used a plain plastic clipboard and they seem to break after about a year. My last one shattered shortly after I learned about Whitecoat Clipbpoards. I took the plunge and I haven't looked back. This metal clipboard is sturdy and seems like it will last for a few years, at least. The infographics are well designed and informative, even an experienced nurse can find something useful to reference. New nurses will appreciate them more. It is lightweight. Folding keeps patient information private and allows the entire clipboard to fit into the pocket of a scrub top. I like to stick my pencil inside it while it's folded so it's right there when I need to write instead of having to dig it out of my pocket containing numerous other writing implements. This thing gets compliments and questions from other nurses on every floor I work on. The only thing that I will mention that may be a problem for some is that if you write on your report papers in a landscape fashion, you may have a problem. The hinge part is raised and could get in the way of your writing style. If your papers are in a portrait format, you won't have a problem with the raised edge. Nurses who like to use their clipboard like a suitcase will also be disapointed. This is good for carrying papers and a writing utensil only.If you've been buying a plastic clipboard every year, upgrade. We spend enough time at work that this little luxury is deserved. If you need a gift for a nurse or a nursing student in your life, give them this.

I love mine and I decided to buy this color for a friend of mine who has been accept to Nursing School. You’re going to need this for your clinicals and you’re going to need this when you’re out in the field working. I keep all my paperwork together on this clipboard and fold it when I don’t need it. It fits perfectly in my scrub pocket. The clipboard is very sturdy and it is very easy to clean. It’s also very lightweight and it will pull your pants down if you put them in your pants pocket.

At first I was a bit wary spending all this money on a clipboard as I am a nursing student and don't exactly have a lot of money to throw around. I must say though I am glad I invested in this. The clipboard holds all my paperwork for clinical and still manages to fit in my pocket when folded. I am pretty small so to have it actually fit in my pocket and not have to carry it around is great. The color is surprisingly a wonderful color and I was not disappointed at all. There were some reviews that said the color was off or faded but I didn't see any problems with it at all. The clipboard is extremely sturdy and its very convenient, its even easy to clean. I would not suggest cleaning it constantly because it may rust as the material is aluminum. The nursing notes and pictures printed on it actually come in handy and can be very helpful if you are new to nursing or even just need a refresher. Overall I am extremely pleased with this purchase and I am so glad I invested in this product. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the nursing profession.

This is a really good clip board! I had one from staples that lasted me a few years but it was plastic and by the end of it it was more medical tape than clip board. Every time I dropped it it would crack and I'd have to use medical tape to keep the thing together. This clip board is a really nice color and very good quality. It unfolds easily but is stiff enough to remain closed if I need it to be. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter just graduated from nursing. She had seen this type of clipboard in use and said it was the best thing for nurses so I had bought it as a gift very pleased with it.

A couple people on my unit have this clip board and it’s awesome! A bit bulky in most of my scrub pants but small enough when folded that it’s convenient to carry around. I use often for a point of reference for the height/weight and measurement components. The telemetry part is handy too!

Makes life just a little easier.
