How many jars are there in this shipment? Four?

Your question asks about a "shipment". The front page indicates they're selling buy the 8 oz. jar.If you order one "jar" you get one jar in the shipment. If you order 4 "jars" you get 4 jars in the shipment.I don't know what else to tell you.

Is this product a paste or granules, or something else?

Paste and it is pretty salty, so with cooking use less salt in your recipe. But it is the best I have ever tasted.

How long can this product safely be stored after opening ?

Refrigerated, indefinitely. At room temp and cyclicly accessed and closed, I'd guess after six months if you haven't used it up, its probably lost alot of its charm other than saltiness. There's no fat or oil in there so spoilage is impeded by the salt. Mine gets used up before the thrill is gone.

Do these contain any genetically modified ingredients?

This product contains no genetically engineered ingredients

Great cooking product

This is my go-to bouillon for cooking. It has a great taste, is reasonably priced, and comes in a variety of flavors. The flavor is very strong, so you do not need to use much. I especially like that it allows me to reduce the amount of salt I add to my recipes while still maintaining excellent flavor.

Perfekt für gelingende Saucen

Leider nicht in Deutschland zu kaufen. Kenne es aus meiner Zeit in den USA. Lieferung dauert, aber zuverlässig entsprechend der Voraussage. Professionelle Verpackung.
