Best slow cooker
My relative told me to get this one. I’ve tried MANY! By far the best. Like the old fashion crock pots that heat up fast and don’t take all day to cook and then your food isn’t done. Yes it may get hot on outside just be cautious of small children or curious petsI rate this a 10 out of 5! For being hot and wanted your food to cook quick

Works just as well as more expensive brands.
My old Crock Pot died so I needed a replacement. I don't have much money to spend so took a chance on this West Bend. It's great! I've used it four times and it works just as well as the more expensive brand, is easy to clean - I love it.

Bought this for my daughter who said it’s the best crock pot she ever owned.

Smaller and lower quality
Was replacing the same brand, but round, crock pot that recently broke. I have no idea what size I had but this is the biggest west bend on Amazon I could find, its smaller than what I was attempting to replace. The metal pot itself feels very thin, cheap. This new "improved" version no longer includes the power on light. Another victim of shrinkflation qualitydeflation. It does work but due to the cheaper quality and unable to get the bigger size; 1 star. Lost my tolerance to this unmade in America standard.
