Powerhouse, zero disappointments!
I bought this device as a desktop replacement for both work and pleasure. I wouldn't call myself a hardcore gamer but I am able to play the latest titles with great FPS. I have also been running AI LLM's without any delays (depending on the LLM size). In the images you can see I have it connected to 4 external displays while keeping the laptop screen open. It's paired with a Wavelink Quad 4K Display Docking station (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FT8BXZR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1). While pricey, I would highly recoomend this device for those who demand the best in mobile computing!!

The item did come with a few cosmetic scratches but other than that it looks like new and works like new. The computer does crash sometimes but it seems like this could be attributed to having outdated drivers. Need to find the correct software drivers for the gpu (Fingers crossed)

The bundle was supposed to come with a Microsoft Office Professional Plus, but I couldn't get it to install. Thankfully, I was able to speak with support from the store I bought it from. They responded quickly, and the installation was successful. It was a fairly frustrating experience, but it worked out. The other issue I had with the seller was that the bundle came in three shipments. I left town after the computer was delivered, but my neighbor had to get the two additional packages that showed up after the computer. As far as the computer itself, it has constantly crashed since I started using it. I reached out to Lenovo support, and they said I have hardware failure. I have to ship it back to them to be repaired and will be out my computer for a minimum of 10 business days. Not good.

Renewed Laptop but looks and operates like new
I got this Lenovo Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 16" gaming laptop with a 5090 GPU, Intel Ultra 9 CPU, 64 GB RAM and 1+1 TB storage as a Renewed laptop. It came well packaged with a monster 400w power block. It started right up and ran through the set up like you expect a brand new system to. Not a single finger print or scratch on it, everything works like it is brand new and enjoying it so far no issues.

Windows 11 pro code is used on another device it gives me like this Activation state We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another dev wasn't used on another device, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: OxC004C008 Need my windows 11 pro code or a refund for it
