Purchased this card for my trip to Korea. The SIM card didn’t work at the first time. I contacted CS via whatup, then found out the setting was not right. The CS I got second time was very professional and patient. Helped with step by step instructions solving the problem. The SIM card worked after the right setting. So if you have trouble try contact CS see if it can be solved.

This SIM card worked flawlessly for me. I used it in an old iPhone X as a backup phone for a trip to Europe recently. It connected immediately in the U.S. on T-mobile. Upon landing in Germany, it connected with networks there immediately. I had zero problems with it. For a SIM that covers so many countries, the price is reasonable. Because I bought the 3GB version, I turned off a lot of apps on cellular I don't really need, which stretched out that 3GB. In fact, a week-long trip using this method used only 1GB of data. I already bought another one for my next trip.

I guess you pay what you get for. Easy to use and set up. Only good thing about it. The speed was so slow it would take a solid minute plus to load a single item. I ended up tossing it and buying a new one when we arrived at our destination.

My husband and I both used these SIM cards on a trip to Mexico. We had 0 issues. I even used some of the data when we got back to the US. Highly recommend!

I bought two of these SIM cards to use them for an one-week-trip to Canada and a four-week-trip to South America. At first it wouldn't work out of the box when I arrived in Canada (no network found). I then figured that the card needs to be activated first. So I had to find a public WiFi to do that, but it still wouldn't work. Right after I contacted their customer service and was waiting for the reply I found out about the APN on the item's website. I entered it and it was connecting to the cell network. But then the customer agent told me a different APN and asked me specifically to enter that one. After that it stopped working again, until I was allowed to use the first APN. So, somehow the good was that their customer service was quickly responding to my issue. The bad was that he/she made it even worse. But in the end it worked. And the second time I was wiser and activated it beforehand and directly chose the right APN in my phone which is america.bics In general you can get a better price, especially if you stay longer in one country (even US, Canada). But if you want to have data connection right after landing (no calls or text possible with this product), when you're only going to stay for a few days or even better: going to visit several different countries during 30 days and if you don't need a lot of data (1GB included after activation) then this might be a good choice for you. Especially if you have a phone without e-SIM ability and if you would have to get another SIM card for every country you visit. (Extending their plans though is quite pricey...)

It's an easy going simcard, easy to use, easy to access. I travel around the world because of job and I have been in Asia the last 10 months, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, China, Singapore all of them data data with this simcard. A very good purchase! I traveled quite a bit last year and this sim was so easy to manage. I could see everything online. Re-up was simple. Changing countries was flawless. Perfect for country hopping.

Used in Argentina. Sometimes works good, sometimes no signal or could not connect to the network. The same thing in the US, sometimes very weak signal and very slow.
