It does get loud if you put it on 3 or 4 but on just 2 alone I ran it all day like straight out the box. It does keep you cool, isn't as cool when youre in the heat obviously because its just a fan but, as long as youre sweating and that fans on it it'll save you a little more from a heat stroke. It is Bulky can't leave that out, its not small but it is lightweight no batteries so rechargeable, on the bulk side of it, it was a little hard for me to find a good spot, but I was able to and it stayed there didn't move much only when I bent down because my shirt would slip off the clip but still it ran great, and I was a little happier throughout the day. They do throw in a cool like strap for it too, I haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure that'd be good for if you were a driver of some sorts and dont have much ac it'd be perfect, because the way the air comes out the machine its focused more allowing for more direct airflow

I was looking at this & also comparing it to others. I went through this one because 1. Plain & simple. 2. Didn't need the added stuff like flashlight etc. This came quick. The package was neat. Opened it up, everything was fine, nothing broken or missing pieces. The 4 speeds are absolutely amazing! I can care less about the noise....honestly its not as loud as others are mentioning.(my opinion). Sorry but as long as it keeps me cool during those hott days (which is DOES) all that matters to me! & also, its extremely light! Which is great! Recharges nicely, came with cord. Size of it actually fit the palm of my hand. Just glad its NOT big, bulky & heavy. This does the trick & I'm very pleased! I would buy again for family members who work outside constantly or even out for a walk/run!

Wore this around Disney World and it helped cool me down. The battery lasted all day with intermittent use and I mostly just clipped it to my shorts and put it under my shirt. This is going to be a great thing to keep in my bag for hot days.
