I say that they seem like a quality wall panel as I dont have the equipment to test them out to what they claim for sound deadening. I can only go by what I see and hear, and how the effect the sound in my theater room. I will tell you that they are very well put together and they include extra double sided tape in the box. Each panel unfolds to the 12 x 24 size and there is 8 of these in the box. However you can cut each of those in half very easily along the folded crease or you can cut them into any shape you wish as they come with a full sheet of double sided tape already attached to them. The tape itself is very sticky and should hold up well. If you do have any issues with the tape you can just contact them and they will get you more which is nice. Another thing I really like about these and the company making them is that they clearly state that if you are wanting to sound proof your room or whatever it is to look else where and that these are not gonna do that. Most companies would either say sure it will work or not state anything and just have you buy it and find out. Its awesome to me that they are upfront about it and let you know that this is not what these are for. It makes me think also that if I was to have any issue with these panels that they are and willing to help in anyway they can. So each panel have the double sided tape already attach made using these that much faster. Again they state that using this tape will not damage the wall which I did test and it didn't pull the paint off or mark up my wall. That being said the 3M little strip hook/clip things also state the same thing but I have used them where they messed up a wall so I still would test these before using somewhere that is important or that you really dont want messed up. I hung these panels behind my TV hoping in reducing the amount of sound traveling through the wall it is mounted on and it didn't let me down. I can now raise the volume by 3 or 4 clicks to be at the same level before these panels. I would compare these type of panels to the sound deadening mat you can get for your car. Like they stated it is not gonna make it sound proof but is going to help with outside noise getting in and making your sound better. If you are wanting to make a better sound experience for yourself and or others then these panels will definitely help where I think you will be able to notice even without any equipment to prove it.

The acoustic panels are very lightweight and arrived folded. They will reduce the noise due to their construction. The ability to stick to the walls is as expected. They have the same stickiness as other similar ones.

One package was enough to stick on a piece of thick stiff foam from the hardware store, cut to the size of my window facing the neighbor's back porch. Too often I've come home to the sound of my dogs carrying on, and it's emanating through that back window. He's never said anything about it and I don't think they do this for the full duration, just when something sets them off; UPS driver, mail carrier, lawn service, or utility vehicles, so more often than I'd like. The soundproofing squares greatly muffle the sound to where I can't hear it from my driveway like before. I have to get within 5 feet of that window to hear them enough to discern dog barking. so the neighbor may hear something faint and muffled now, but considering how many planes fly overhead if the timing is right he'll hear nothing coming from that window. They worked better than expected, and I wish I'd taken action on this sooner. It is also a flexible solution, when I'm home on a sunny day monitoring the dog's behavior I can easily pull the sound-muffling foam board from the window cavity and enjoy the sun.

Overall good. Not the biggest fan of the folders aspect. They are more difficult to get flat and straight than the single piece variety. Sticks well once aligned. Sound dampening is minimal. Works well as pin board too

Once I had educated myself on the best way to place this to have maximum effect I got to putting them up which was incredibly easy with the adhesive tabs, which there are extras if needed which is a nice touch. The definitely absorb some of the sound which is more when all the dogs are excited and barking at each other - absorbing some of the sound not only makes the kennel environment much better for me, but the dogs also

These panels look great, work as intended, and are easy to install. Reduces noise well.
