An amazing oil to kick a dish up
It’s a bit of a brilliance and a tiny heat to cooking. Any time you need a little mustard flavour in a grilled dish, this works. Not hot, just flavorful. Great with steaks and even fish.

Essential ingredient.
I think I have been ordering this brand for 5-7 years. Great flavor booster in any dish which uses some oil and I want it (1) spicier and (2) that great mustard woodsy taste --- even if I want a little bit. Because it has the highest smoking point, it also will not go rancid even after one year. I go through a bottle in 6-9 months, one of my friends had a year old open bottle and hers tasted nearly identical to mine. The change was that the spiciness mellowed a little. Remember to store in cool dark place.

sharp and refreshing
Wonderful to find this oil. Its fierceness is unique in my larder, and for a finishing oil, wonderful in salads that emphasize more bland vegetables - either your daikon, or celery or cucumber. Although not, perhaps, for the faint of tongue, it stands out not on a Scoville scale, but is more like wasabi. The fear is of erucic acid, but this product has been recommended as having very low levels.

Yandilla mustard seed oil, where have you been all my life!
Yandilla mustard seed oil, where have you been all my life!I highly recommend Yandilla mustard seed oil for the amazing Wasabi flavor. I add it to everything; Cucumber/tomato salad, tuna fish salad( it brings it from blah to WOW!) , pasta, mashed potatoes, cauliflower ( with vadouvan )........It really makes any dish exceptional. It is expensive but a little bit goes along way! If you like Wasabi, please treat yourself to this!

Great for vindaloo
Fast delivery. The taste is near what one can with the versions that USDA says are not safe.

Not all that spicy
The cost is a known factor up front. Used as a finishing oil, akin to an extra virgin olive oil, the price would be acceptable if the mustard's heat were there. While there is a mildly pungent mustard flavor, this does not deliver heat and flavor like some of the less-touted Indian oils do. This despite a best by date over four years away (a long time, actually, for any oil . . . hmmm). Given the small volume they take to make their flavor known, I will stick with the other brands for now.
