Must-have kitchen accessory
Absolutely fantastic bread slicer, easy to use and clean with adjustable thicknesses to choose from. The number of extra (evenly sliced) slices I manage from my sourdough is ace. Should have bought this ages ago. Ah well, you live and learn!

Works great,
I see people cutting nice even slices of bred with a knife. No matter how many knives I buy they always cut thin, fat, or they cut me! The Bryclon arrived a few days ago. I cut 2 loaves, amazing and easy. Didn't even break a sweat, you do need to use caution as with any sharp tool. I bought this because it's seem sturdy, looks sleek and you can buy replacement blades. I make 1 or 2 loaves a week. It is nice to have even slices for sandwiches and toast. Happy with my purchase.

Bread slicing made easy
Works great, Evan on sourdough bread. The suction cup bottom hold it in place. Great move, but getting at the cups to release should be easier.
