Battery health was 100%, (with only 114 cycle count). Body and screen were spotless. Nice experience overall. Can totally recomend.

I highly recommend this product the Apple iPhone 15 pro unlocked renewed premium. Came without scratches and looks brand new. I wanted to buy a brand new but could not find anyone that had it in stock. My only complaint is with the Pro Camera. I am a professional photographer and find the settings more difficult to learn then the Samsung phone cameras (I've owned 3 other Samsung's). The camera isn't that user friendly and doesn't follow formats of any of my brand digital cameras that I also own and have owned in the past. It doesn't have easy to find pro settings like the Samsung S20 etc with shutter speeds.BUT now I have peace and mind owning an iPhone. No more hacks. Iphone's have built in safe guards that Samsung does not plus a much longer period of updates than iPhone. You get what you pay for as the saying goes.Plus one of the biggest is customer service. I have learned over the years that with Samsung you only get overseas customer service when calling BUT iPhone you get Americans etc. 100% better in my book. I'll only buy Apple from now on in this hacking scamming world we live in. So sad. And no I'm not a bot or AI.

This is the 2nd "Renewed-Premium" phone I've bought from the Amazon Renewed store. I prefer buying from Amazon vs other sellers due to the generous warranty and return policy.My phone arrived in the generic renewed packaging which is fine. It seems to protect the phone well so it doesn't get damaged during shipping. It also came with a nice feeling, braided style, USB A to C cable.The phone itself is in pretty good condition. There are a couple barely visible nicks on the side and back, but nothing major. The screen looks pristine - there are no scratches at all. The battery health is luckily still at 100% and the phone is still covered for a little bit under Apples factory warranty too.My only (very) minor gripe is I can tell the previous owner used some sort of adhesive cover around the cameras. They have been removed but there is still a little adhesive residue around the lenses. I can get it off, but since the phone is supposedly inspected and "renewed" it would be nice if that was already done.Overall though, I'd recommend. I will be looking at and using Amazon renewed products again in the future.

Third time is a charm. 100% battery life! No scratches. Actually arrived cleaned. The first two looked like they had a case on them for a year then immediately placed in the box for resale. I’m happy with this one.

So far so good! I’ve had the phone for a few weeks and it came with 100% battery health and no scratches. This was a premium phone so I was expecting what I received!!! Will update later on if anything happens but it’s been a good few weeks!

Bought an iphone 15 Pro (Renewed premium). Phone arrived on time, nice Amazon renewed packaging! This is a first impression review: No visible scratch or dent, but obvious dirt was noticed in the earpiece area. I don't know how to clean that thin slot...hmm. Turned on the phone, took more than an hour and multiple attempts to connect and transfer the data from my iphone X (iOS ver 16.7,~35Gb data)-Not happy with the trouble caused! Camera, Speaker, Buttons all are functional!. Saw some shades of glue near to the camera bumb, may be the previous owner have used a camera protector with glue. Battery heath 92% (was expecting more though), 316 cycles- too much for a premium renewed phone. I have bought another "refurbished- excellent" phone from ebay recently for my son- it was worth for money and looked brand new with 97% battery. Way too cheaper than Amazon (may be it was my luck). So I feel nothing premium about my current Amazon Renewed Purchase-but coming days of usage will tell me if the current purchase is worthy enough to keep the product with me! Providing 3 stars for now..will be back in a month to update!

This was an Amazon (Renewed Premium) refurbished item.The screen was in great shape, the screen, body and rear were free of defects -- except near the USB-C port. The scratching was _very_ minimal.The cleaning of the unit wasn't very detailed. There were "deposits" around the buttons on the side and the camera. The back glass of the unit had a sticker that had been removed, but the surface of the glass clearly showed where it had been.Battery had a cycle count of 326 and was at 93%.Regarding AppleCare, I have read that some others obtained units that qualified -- this one did not. Not sure how that would be possible-maybe a service that could be offered, but then we can purchase from the refurbished store if we want to pay and the item was available.All of the above meets the written criteria of the Amazon Policy -- however I would have expected a better cleaning job. I have frequently purchased apple devices refurbished, generally of better quality and we were a bit disappointed in the lack of cleaning. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable cleaning fee if it had been available.So this gets a positive, but mixed review. Things could have been improved -- the pictures show this. The unit works fine and the value of new vs refurbished vs renewed vs used is definitely there. This was a $1699 unit new and we paid ~$859.
