テレビで見て使いたくなりレシピを見ながら作りましたが私も家族にもいまいち不評。高い調味料だたので私たち家族には残念でした

てんぷらの衣に混ぜてみました。採れたてのようなうまみが感じられました。冷やしうどんにかけてみたら、塩味に薬味のような優しい野菜の味がして、めんつゆで食べるのとは全然別物の味でした。塩味が強いので軽くかける程度に2、3口試してみて下さい。旨味味塩というような使い方で間違いないと思います。

If you are European you know you need to have this in your spice rack! It is so versatile. You can add it on your chicken, fish, dumplings, just about anything to give it a nice salty flavor. I love adding it into my chicken noodle soup. Its so easy to use, instead of salt add Vegeta for salty and extra flavor ( it has a blend other ingredients such as dehydrated carrots, onion, celery etc). I did find it to be more pricier on Amazon than getting it at your local European store, but since we do not have a store near by I was more than happy to pay extra couple dollars for my convenience.

I add this to all my cooking now, whether meat, poultry or vegetables. Adds a new depth of flavor.
