Q: Should you undo the tacked down ears?? Weims ears aren’t flat on side of head.

The ears are held down with a single string. You could cut the strings to give the ears more play, but I would be concerned with leaving a hole in the side of the dog's head. I don't believe they were intended to be cut.

Q: Does it move like a real dog?

Yes but it doesn’t walk! It’s a soft stuffed dog. I know Weimaraners, this is as close to any real Weimaraner I’ve ever seen. Great detail clear down to it’s eyes, just like my recent Weimaraner.

Q: Is this grey or tan? Description says grey but picture looks tan.

I bought this as a toy for my Weimaraner. She thought of it as her baby. It is really the color of a real Weimaraner. A silver grey, almost pewter.
