The frames are unattractive and do not fit well on my fat head, but the lenses are soothing to my eyes. Fortunately, I have no plans on wearing these except at home in front of the television and computer screens. I like the cute little blue light testing kit that comes with the box. That was a nice touch. They let us know that they are working.Update: I originally rated this as 4 stars, because I don't like the frames. However, the frames are well made and not flimsy. It is just that I wish they were larger and that there were more choices in styles. That goes with most of these glasses, so I guess my rating wasn't fair. I decided to bump up this review with 5 stars, because--while I haven't had these glasses long--they have been helping me fall asleep at night. I put these on to protect my eyes while I watching some videos on social media before bed and I didn't even get through the first video. I zonked out in minutes. I usually stay up for hours, trying to get my mind to settle so that I can fall asleep. Often I end up taking tryptophan, melatonin, magnesium, ashwaganda, gaba, or reishi mushroom powder to try to relax, so that I can go to sleep. Theses glasses worked better than all of those combined. I guess the blue light really is a problem for me. These glasses worked amazingly well over the last few days. They were well worth the money.

I am enjoying these blue light blocking SleepZM's! I have to be careful using them during the day because they make me feel relaxed and even tired after awhile. Good product, good brand, I recommend them!

Wearing these during long drives while doing deliveries was a great choice, my migraines from looking at my phone screen to read instructions diminished giving me quicker response time, getting me from the parking lot to the road much quicker. Was surprised how well I could see through them at night, and they didn't fog up with my mask like other glasses have done.My only issue is with the durability, I'm not the most careful so I got a case for them. I'm not sure if the case was too small or if the one time I dropped the case with them in it did it but the right lense popped out and the frame kinda broke. Once again, I'm not careful outside of driving and the occasional VR shooter, this is not exactly an issue with the glasses and I'm sure if I got another pair and a better case it'd last much longer, just saying don't act dumb like I did.Speaking of VR if you got a headset with a glasses spacer these fit right in, no discomfort as far as I've tried, take that as either a way to protect your eyes with two small TVs close to thdm or a way to feel like every 80's action hero while robbing banks, slashing blocks with swords to a beat, roaming through the same magical land that's been with us for ten years now, or same as the last one but with guns and a weird city building mechanic that is kinda cool but also not really.It also works for normal PC, Console, Handheld, and Mobile gaming, or just being around screens in general. Highly recommend, my migraines went down and my sleep has improved so much; all I need is the ability to turn anything into an explosive and I can say I'm the funny anime man for how well I sleep.

Let me start by saying that these glasses were just a little too tight on my head and it caused some discomfort for me.Other than that, these glasses are great! I love the shade that they are. It's perfect for for night time, really takes the stress off the eyes. Putting them on you can immediately feel the relief on your eyes especially when you're working with bright screens or overhead fluorescents, and especially if it's at night. And wearing them at night really helped with my sleep, too (I felt tired sooner, and even slept better, too).I think these glasses are best suited for being stationary and just looking at a screen or watching TV or something like that; but if you're gonna be dynamic & moving around a lot, I found that it was a little disorienting having light still coming in from the sides while walking the fully lit office.They're very lightweight & are comfortable in the nose; some glasses tend to mess my nose up, or rub my bridge raw (that's not a euphemism lol)Honestly, if they weren't too tight on my head, or were adjustable, they'd be full 5 stars, no doubt. Great glasses, great lenses, great results.

Impressive Right Out of the Box!This is my first day using these blue light blocking glasses, and I’m already impressed.The design is absolutely awesome—stylish, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear. While I’m just getting started, the quality and feel give me confidence they’ll make a real difference.I would highly recommend them to anyone who spends a lot of time in front of screens!

Great product. I bought these to help reduce the blue light from the office i work in and the so good. I would buy again in a heart beat. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a hard case to store the glasses in.

A little over priced, maybe very overpriced, for plastic glasses. I don't understand how these are worth $40 maybe $15 at most. I'm guess they cost about $1.25 to make, probably less than that. They seem to work. Have they helped with sleep, don't think there is much of a difference for me, not that I noticed. I stopped wearing them and my sleep is fine. However, I do not spend all that much time with my face glued to screen all the time. Maybe a little Television before bedtime, so maybe I didn't really need these, I was trying everything. Things like lavender tea were much more helpful, at least for my issues.
