No I can't hear it in a quiet room other than that I do like the watch very well

Is the band on this adjustable can you take the links out

Yes, you can remove the links. When I was adjusting mine, I used the point of a pushpin to remove the links and adjust everything. There are also slots to adjust the band between link sizes, which I also did with a pushpin.

Does this watch have a countdown timer, stopwatch and 2 or 3 alarms?

3 alarms. 1rst alarm has a snooze. The other 2 dont.

A+ for intended use.

Apparently has advanced features. Wouldn't know, such are unreasonably difficult to use. For instance, the need to set digital and analog time independently? Silly! That said, it tells the time and lights up in the dark (edge lit - not so helpful for the LCD screen, but adequate for the watch face) so it's A+ 100% perfect for what I ask of it - to be a beater watch during exercise and ie. washing dishes.

such a cute watch i like it. it can store names and phone numbers which can also be used for storing any number like passwords or account numbers if you like ;). The light is good but it can read only hand no display at night. The buzzer is sharp and clear. face looks like expensive crystal so glossy!
