Ok. so I didn't like this product at first. All of my issues could have been solved had this been packaged with directions. It arrived packaged with 2 magnets and wipes and no directions. I adhered the magnet to my phone and thought I was all set. Once the holder was clamped onto the vents, I placed my phone on. Things were going well until I'd drive over bumps, then my phone would fall off. I didn't realize there was a plastic sheet to remove. I peeled the plastic and tried it again, only to yield the same results. I was all set to return the holder when I looked again at the piece that attaches to the vent. There was a removable sticker. I thought it was part of the design. Once removed, it appears to be working well.
